I have the right to refuse any commission I find uncomfortable, illegal, or offensive.

A 50% downpayment is required to secure commission slot.

Additional charges will be added if there is any additional changes to the final artwork.

The final payment is due upon completion and before the delivery of the artwork.

No refunds after final payment, unless issued by me during the commission process.

The final artwork should be for PERSONAL USE only. Commercial Rights will have additional fees.

References are recommended! i draw easier with poses and concepts that way.

I have the rights to post the commissioned work (with the client's consent) for my portfolio and promotional materials.

"Lineart Only" commissions can be allowed to be colored by the client.

"Sketch Only" commissions should NOT be drawn over. However, referencing is allowed from them.

The client also has the right to post the final artwork

Proper credits should be given, and no use of AI or tracing in my completed works or sketches. 💗
